The role of the Senior React Engineer is to design, build and maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role will require close and continuous collaboration with Lead Developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and team members to translate user stories and functional requirements into secure technical designs implemented as production‑ready application code.
What You’ll Do
Translate user stories and functional requirements into resilient & secure technical designs.
Design, build and maintain high-quality technology solutions that deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Ensure application SLAs are met by employing appropriate monitoring and alerting tools as required by each supported application.
Assist with the identification and definition of key architectures, components, interfaces, design of data model and data/information flows.
Work independently as required.
Work with Product Owner to help prioritize development activities and estimate level of effort.
Create new features or parts of internal/user‑facing applications with the end user in mind for the best experience.
Partner with technology teams throughout the organization to build best‑in‑class CX.
What You’ll Bring
4+ years of React development experience with the following skillsets:
HTML + CSS
JavaScript fundamentals + ES6
Git
Node + NPM
Redux
AWS experience preferred
Java Springboot experience preferred
Experience working with SCRUM development process
Familiarity with object‑oriented design and development
Familiarity with development using Docker
Strong, collaborative team player
