Financial Reporting Manager

Driven Brands has an excellent opportunity available for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team. The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the preparation of debt securitization and debt covenant compliance reporting, as well as financial information utilized within the Company’s Franchise Disclosure Documents, whilst remaining current on new GAAP pronouncements as they are released and assess the impact to the Company. The Financial Reporting Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls over the financial reporting and debt compliance process. Also, this role will work closely with the SEC Reporting Team. Work with business units and other departments to provide support for technical accounting matters as needed. Assist with ad hoc reporting requirements relating to SEC reporting and close consolidations.

Work with the independent auditor to ensure the timely completion of quarterly reviews and annual audits.5+ years of Finance experience, including experience auditing public companies Experience with financial statement preparation and reporting Strong technical accounting background with knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial reporting requirements Excellent Excel skills Ability to work well in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
