Responsibilities Performs one or more multiple financial activities within the Program Finance role. Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions.
Basic Qualifications
Generally has 3+ years of finance experience and may a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
Understanding of budgeting or forecasting and/ or variance analysis
Ability to work with financial systems such as SAP or SAP HANA or Hyperion or COBRA or anything else related
Desired Skills
Strong proficiency in using Excel related capabilities to build and automate data models
Ability to interpret and relay financial information to non-financial professionals
Strong written, verbal and communications skills
Familiarity with financial modeling, financial statement analysis and valuation
EVM experience
Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Secret clearance

Pay and Benefits Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location.
