Typical office hours 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with required flexibility to adjust schedules for early mornings or late evenings on all days based on client engagement events. Benefits

Responsibilities
Lead development of market segments, solicit new client relationships, and negotiate business through proposals and contracts to close deals. Create menus and events that maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience. Maintain and nurture existing corporate and social accounts, fostering internal relationships. Direct event logistics, collaborating with departments to deliver high‑level service throughout pre‑event, event, and post‑event phases. Serve as the primary contact for client experience and support the Director of Catering and Events as needed. Essential Functions / Duties
Organize, plan, and prioritize duties; develop plans and goals. Communicate timely with internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents, or in person. Create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet expectations. Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes. Resolve conflicts, negotiate, settle disputes, and handle grievances. Sell and influence both internal and external clients. Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing issues and determining best solutions. Ensure high‑quality service by guiding, coaching, and supporting others. Participate in site inspections and assist with the sales process as needed. Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs. Maintain regular attendance. Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years proven experience in catering sales and services, particularly within cultural weddings, social events, galas, and fundraisers. Flexible schedule with full availability to work any day or hour without limitations. Strong strategic seller who identifies opportunities and secures new business. In‑depth knowledge of banquet food and beverage operations; able to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Values & Attributes
