We are currently seeking a
Director, Engineering
to perform supervision in the functional areas of engineering, design and field staking, metering, mapping and joint use. Responsible for the review of mandatory and enforceable operational and reliability standards, and the development, review, approval, and audit of procedures necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including RUS, NERC, and SERC. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering as well as a minimum of 10 years of progressive managerial experience in engineering; a minimum 5 years of progressive experience with NERC/FERC compliance and the development of work plans, long-range plans, and construction work plans; and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management and supervision.
