*Tiburon, CA | Starting at $48/hr*Tiburon Hills Care Center is looking for a compassionate, reliable **On-Call RN** to support our residents and nursing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered environment and want flexible hours with a mission-driven staff, we’d love to meet you.### ### Pay & Schedule* **Starting at $48/hr** (DOE)* **Per diem / on-call** AM & PM, Weekend and holiday### ### What You’ll Do* Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies* Oversee and support LVNs/CNAs; ensure excellent handoffs and documentation* Perform assessments, wound care, medication administration, and care plan updates* Respond to urgent resident needs and support admissions as needed* Collaborate with IDT to promote resident comfort, dignity, and outcomes### ### What You’ll Bring* **Active California RN license** in good standing* **BLS/CPR certification** (AHA or equivalent)* SNF/long-term care or post-acute experience preferred (new-to-SNF RNs with strong clinical skills welcome)* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork under pressure* Reliability and flexibility to cover short-notice shifts### ### Why You’ll Love Working Here* Supportive leadership and a collaborative, resident-first culture* Opportunities to pick up extra shifts and grow your skills across units* Modern systems, clear protocols, and a focus on quality and safety### ### How to ApplyApply today with your resume and availability.
