Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills. Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems. Why This Role Stands Out
Employee‑owned organization with long‑term equity participation. Generous PTO, including a winter break. Robust medical benefits and retirement plans (401k + ESOP). Annual performance and company bonus. Strong commitment to professional development. A genuinely collaborative, people‑centric culture with unique perks you won’t find everywhere.
