As Head of Marketing for Belgium, you will lead DAZN’s marketing strategy across two key European markets, driving brand awareness, engagement, and subscription growth. This role combines strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring campaigns resonate locally while aligning with DAZN’s global objectives. Acting as the brand guardian for both regions, you will oversee creative development, social media, content marketing, partnerships, and event activations. Your leadership will be critical in building fan-first experiences and positioning DAZN as the leading destination for sports streaming.
This role will be based in Brussels, Belgium. Benefits include meal tickets, expense allowance, group insurance (3% of gross salary), hospitalization insurance (DKV) and transport allowances.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop and execute marketing strategies
for Belgium to achieve growth and engagement targets.
Lead brand positioning and creative campaigns
across acquisition, CRM, digital, social, broadcast, and experiential channels.
Ensure brand consistency
across both markets, acting as the main liaison between local and global creative teams.
Activate campaigns on social media and PR,
leveraging influencers and owned channels to maximize reach.
Oversee event activations
at major sports events (e.g., NFL, NHL) and B2B summits.
Plan and optimize content marketing strategies
to drive engagement across platforms.
Collaborate with partner marketing teams
to align and optimize joint programs.
Manage marketing budgets and performance tracking,
ensuring ROI-driven decisions.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team , fostering creativity, accountability, and operational excellence
What You’ll Bring:
Expertise in marketing strategy, creative campaign development, social media, and partner marketing.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional projects across multiple markets.
8–10 years in sports or entertainment marketing, with deep understanding of subscription models.
Track record in consumer marketing within a subscription-based business.
Data-driven approach to translating metrics into actionable strategies.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Fluent in English, French and Dutch
Deep knowledge of football and local fan culture.
Passion for sports and DAZN’s mission.
