Key Benefits
Competitive Compensation:
$75-$105 per session with guaranteed pay for cancellations and no-shows (Compensation is determined based on caseload size, language skills, and licensure in other states where we have operations)
Flexible Schedule:
Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends

We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling so you can focus on care
Fully Remote Role:
Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection

Qualifications and other requirements
Licensed Professional with
LICSW ,
LMHC , or
LMFT
credentials in the State of Washington
Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed Internet connection
Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity
Availability for at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours (3-8 PM M-F)
Role & Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students ages 5-19
Choose your specialty:
family therapy (ages 5-12), individual therapy (ages 10-19), or both
Build trusted relationships with students and families
Collaborate with school counselors and other providers
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
Contribute to the development of clinical programs
Minimum caseload:
5 sessions per week

1099 Independent Contractor
