Sign On Bonus – $3,000
Pay range: $18‑$20 per hour.
Shift Schedule Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday Week 2: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Location: Hudson, Ohio – 5400 Darrow Rd., Hudson, OH 44236.
Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy – create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
Generous Gift Giver – share talents and be someone others can count on.
Inclusive care – invest with whole heart in work, team, and community.
Engaged Learner – ask questions, pursue training and growth.
Proactive ADL support – assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, oral care, and activity of daily living.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
English reading, writing, and communication proficiency.
Positive energetic attitude with love for residents.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Assisting residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Criminal clearance.
