Job Summary The MS Dynamics CRM Senior Technical Consultant is a hands-on technical specialist responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. This role partners closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service Build and maintain custom components such as plugins, custom workflows, web resources, Power Automate flows, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) Design and implement data integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues within CRM environments Support system enhancements including data migrations, environment management, and platform upgrades Participate in code reviews, enforce development standards, and provide guidance to junior developers Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management Ensure solutions follow security, performance, and maintainability best practices Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 6+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement Deep experience extending Dynamics 365 CE using plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate, and Power Apps 5+ years of experience with the Power Platform, Dataverse, and CRM data modeling Strong experience with system integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions Familiarity with Azure Services including Service Bus, API Management, and enterprise integration patterns Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies Strong problem-solving skills and effective written and verbal communication Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments Familiarity with CI/CD automation and release management for Dynamics 365 applications Experience supporting complex CRM implementations across multiple environments Ability to mentor and support junior technical team members Certifications
