Sales Associate
to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and guide them through the sales process
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and dealership promotions
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
Follow up with potential and previous customers to build relationships and close sales
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Accurately complete all paperwork and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a positive, team-player attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
