Job Title: Interventional Pain Management Physician Location: Wilmington, NC Job Description: A premier pain management practice in Wilmington, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume interventional practice, focusing on delivering effective, compassionate, and innovative pain management care to patients in a supportive and dynamic environment. The physician will perform advanced interventional pain procedures, including injections, spinal cord stimulator implants, and intrathecal pump implants, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans. The practice emphasizes patient-centered care, requiring a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes in a high-volume clinical setting. The schedule is designed to promote work-life balance, with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities. Position Details:

Position Type: Full-time, Interventional Pain Management Physician. Practice Focus: Heavy interventional pain practice requiring extensive experience in advanced procedures such as injections, spinal cord stimulator implants, and intrathecal pump implants. Schedule: No nights, weekends, or call duties with normal business hours Compensation and Benefits:

First 2 Years:

Guaranteed base salary with total compensation ranging from $400,000 to $500,000 annually, plus production incentives. Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, health, life, and disability coverage, and paid vacation.

After 2 Years:

Transition to 1099 status, with physicians receiving 100% of professional fees (benefits not provided after the initial two-year period).

Qualifications:

You must be board eligible or board certified in Pain Management. Strong commitment to patient-centered care and proven ability to thrive in a high-volume clinical environment. Valid North Carolina medical license or eligibility to obtain one. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that promote teamwork.
