for projects located in and around

Akron, OH.

This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of

up to $27/hour

Job Scope: Elevator Repair and Troubleshooting

Appliance Maintenance and Repair

General Repairs and Upkeep

Basic Electrical Work

Coordinating and Communicating with Subcontractors

Utilizing RealPage Property Management System

Requirements: Prior Experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Support

Comfortable with Computers and Technology (RealPage experience highly preferred)

Strong Communication and organizational skills

Ability to Work Independently and Problem Solve

Personable and Professional Demeanor
