Our car dealership team is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new automotive technician to join our service center. The ideal candidate will be eager to diagnose and facilitate automotive repairs using our automotive computer software and their electrical systems. We’re looking for automotive technicians who like to problem-solve until they find the best solution for the client. If you have the mechanical experience we’re searching for, apply today! Compensation:

$70,000 + yearly Responsibilities:

Help establish service protocols for tracking the status of repairs, maintaining relevant technical manuals, using charts, and more for all of our dealerships Use diagnostic equipment, technical expertise, and the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic systems to identify and determine the cause of malfunction codes Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs Follow a checklist-based approach to comprehensively examine all vehicle systems, such as the engine, transmission, air conditioning, and brake systems Perform routine maintenance, as needed, like checking fluid levels, rotating tires, and oil changes Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance Accurately complete repair orders and documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members Uphold Critz GMC’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Must have completed a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; associate degree a plus Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory ASE certification or comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is attractive High school diploma or GED is required About Company We are a family-owned and operated dealership that has been in business for over 85 years.
