We are looking for a talented and skilled Dental Assistant to help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives of our patients by providing a world-class specialty experience for every patient. This position allows you to expand your professional network while also working in our Mansfield location./ppHere is what you need to know about the role, our team and why we could be the right next step in your career./ppstrongYour Responsibilities/strong/ppYou will ensure excellent patient service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the Dentists shoulders. You will be focused on ensuring that the patients needs, concerns, and questions are answered. You will help keep the patient relaxed and comfortable during their visit, being the patients go to resource during their visit which includes the following:/pulliWelcoming patients to the dental office/liliPreparing patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort/liliSelecting and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies/liliSterilizing instruments according to regulations/liliAssisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry/liliProviding oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions/liliKeeping the dental room clean and well-stocked/liliScheduling appointments and post op visits/liliMaintaining accurate patient records/liliAssisting with payment procedures/liliMust be able to travel to our Mansfield location as needed/li/ulpAs one of the essential members of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed./ppstrongYour Background/strong/ppYou are a resourceful dental assistant who loves helping patients receive the experience they deserve and helping the Dentist to provide it.
