Job Title Test Engineer (Stf) – E1574 Location Colorado Springs, CO 80921 Responsibilities Identifying required resources and developing/detailing mission objectives for the system(s) under test. Developing data archival and analysis plans and producing post‑mission reports. Responsible for configuration management and control of test resources, articles, and tools for data collection during events. Qualifications Active Final TS clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI. Understanding of systems engineering processes and logistics principles, including artifact generation such as specifications, Interface Control Documents, System Architecture Descriptions, Use Cases, and Trade Studies. Experience working in an integrated team environment. U.S. citizenship and a DoD government security clearance at the Top Secret level. Approximately 10% travel to customer sites throughout the U.S. may be required. Desired Skills Experience with network applications and networking concepts. Familiarity with military missile defense systems (AN/TPY2, SBIRS/BOA, Aegis, THAAD, Patriot, SBX). Experience in ballistic missile defense systems is highly desired. Ability to analyze high‑level needs and refine them into integrated requirements that lead to a fielded product. Leadership skills to direct portions of the activity and manage fellow engineers. Strong communication skills and ability to present technical approaches and findings clearly. Writing and implementing engineering plans within a project. Benefits & Pay Pay Rate: $104,500 – $184,115 (state‑specific range). For other states, the range will reflect the final work location.
