As a Data Analyst 5, you will be part of the Business Intelligence Analytics team supporting data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Data Analyst 5 Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) What's the Job? Contribute to the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports for key stakeholders. Access and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and validation. Transform validated data into meaningful visualizations and insights to support business decisions. Build automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics projects. What's Needed? Extensive experience in Power BI dashboard development and maintenance (8+ years). Strong understanding of data validation, ETL processes, and multi-platform data integration (8+ years). Hands‑on skills with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation (5+ years). Proficiency in database technologies and scripting languages. Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. What's in it for me?
