Job Description Job Description We are currently hiring Production Workers for a temporary, full-time assignment in Victorville, CA , lasting approximately 3 weeks . Positions are available on Day and Night shifts , with schedules that may include Monday through Sunday , depending on operational needs. This role supports daily manufacturing and material-handling operations by performing general labor tasks in a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Responsibilities Perform general labor duties including loading, unloading, and material handling Support equipment operators and maintenance teams as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Follow all safety procedures, policies, and site regulations Assist with installation, removal, or movement of materials and supports Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and work for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors , in varying weather conditions and noisy environments Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces Experience using power tools and performing demolition-type work How to Apply Submit your resume here and we will contact you as soon as possible.
