Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, evaluate, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions (NPI) to ensure manufacturability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality deviations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Demonstrated ability in process optimization, root cause analysis, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, automation, assembly)

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with robotic programming, PLC logic, or industrial automation systems
• Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python) for process optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience
