Manufacturing Assembly Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)

• Swing and Weekend shifts available after training
• Must be open to mandatory overtime

Assembly & Production:

• Assemble interior and exterior components of utility trailers according to work orders and production standards
• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately using a tape measure and hand/power tools
• Maintain consistent production pace while meeting quality expectations
• Work independently for extended periods while remaining focused and productive

Quality & Accuracy:

• Ensure all components are installed correctly, securely, and to specification
• Inspect materials and assemblies for defects or errors before moving to the next stage
• Follow build instructions precisely to support downstream manufacturing processes

Attendance & Work Ethic:

• Maintain reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality
• Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability when working without direct supervision
• Take pride in meeting production goals and contributing to a dependable manufacturing team

Manufacturing Assembly Qualifications:

• Material Handling & Physical Requirements
• Lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials weighing up to 75 lbs
• Stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area

• Safety & Compliance
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times
• Properly use required PPE and operate tools and equipment safely
• Report safety concerns, damaged equipment, or material issues promptly

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
