Description The Business Manager Assistant Supervisor will be responsible to ensure that all customer contracting, client financial tools, deduction reconciliation, order alerts, data support are completed by the Business Manager Assistants within the required Acosta and Client guidelines. This individual must demonstrate a strong desire and willingness to collaborate across multiple functional teams to strengthen and modernize our services and capabilities. This individual must demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication, problem‑solving, and training skills.
Responsibilities
Hire, train, develop, supervise, evaluate the Business Manager Assistant team
Ensure all contract and deduction management requirements and deadlines are met as established by Acosta, Customer or the Client
Perform all responsibilities of a Business Manager Assistant
Conduct regular team meetings and provide timely communication to the Business Manager Assistants
Responsible for the Performance Management Review Process
Approve Atlas time management for all Business Manager Assistant
Experience with Order importing, Invoicing, EDI, SPS commerce and Sage software system experience a plus.
Qualifications Minimum Education and Work Experience:
High School diploma
Business Degree preferred.
Equivalent field‑related work experience may be substituted for some educational requirements.
Must have two‑years of supervisory experience.
Background in Sales Support and/or brokerage field preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrate strong and effective time management, communication, problem‑solving, and training skills.
Skills to manage a diverse team to a high level of excellence.
