In This Role, You’ll
Audit pallets.
Monitor & track expiration dates, ensuring the FIFO method.
Track inventory data and product movements using internal systems (JDE or similar).
Monitor and reconcile inventory across multiple zones (dry, cooler, freezer).
Provide reports to the warehouse and operations teams for real‑time decision‑making.
Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory clean‑up initiatives.
Enter change orders, update records, and flag inventory discrepancies.
Pay & Benefits
Starting pay: $20.60/hr. – $22.66/hr. DOE.
Weekly pay (every Friday).
Health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days (company pays 60% of the premium).
401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more.
Company‑provided uniforms and work shoes.
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of warehouse, inventory, or data entry experience.
Experience using stand‑up forklift and reach truck.
Experience working in freezer/cooler temperatures below 0 °F.
Lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; confident with Excel and inventory systems (preferred).
Experience with JDE/JDA inventory management systems.
Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
The Schedule & Setting
Full‑time, on‑site in a temperature‑controlled warehouse (dry, cooler, and freezer zones).
1st Shift: Starts at 6:30 a.m. (Monday – Friday) until work is completed.
2nd Shift: Starts at 2:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday) until work is completed.
Flexibility required for holidays and operational needs.
