Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations Help keep customers current with payments and perform reminder and collection calls when required Physical Requirements
Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior areas; maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal, clean and debris-free) Qualifications
Experience : Successful candidates come from a variety of customer-service oriented sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies. Transportation : Valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle to travel between work locations and/or conduct business (mileage reimbursement available). Additional Information
