Schedule: Rotating Shift, part‑time night shift (24 hours). Works day/evening rotation, including every third weekend.
About the role: The Clinical Customer Service Representative works as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors, and members of the health care team. This fast‑paced position requires professional, friendly, and efficient performance of daily duties, with strong customer service skills, knowledge of information & computer systems, and collaboration with nursing and administrative staff.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and staff.
Provide timely assistance and information regarding unit operations.
Coordinate with nursing and administrative teams to meet unit needs.
Maintain accurate records and manage communication through hospital systems.
Adhere to Johns Hopkins Hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a healthcare or office setting.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and medical staff.
Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following Johns Hopkins Customer Service standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other office software (presentation, spreadsheet).
Ability to learn and incorporate clinical and administrative automated systems and software.

Salary Range:
