Project Manager — Civil Construction
Location: Rock Island, IL
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

Responsibilities
Lead civil construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
Oversee site work, utilities, roadways, and other heavy civil scopes.
Coordinate with owners, municipalities, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff.
Review and manage contracts, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Mentor and support project engineers and field teams to drive project success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
