contract assignment
(Staff Augmentation) with potential for extension based on attendance, performance, and business needs Safety-sensitive role with
access to PHI The required availability for this position is
3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
, with rotating days off: – OFF Sat/Mon– OFF Sat/Tue– OFF Sat/Wed– OFF Sat/Thu Evening shift with flexible scheduling requirement
Pharmacy Technician – Fulfillment Responsibilities Prepare and distribute prescription medications using the fulfillment system Process prescription exceptions, including claim rejects and member/physician outreach Enter member demographics and prescription data accurately into pharmacy systems Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and escalated member concerns Escalate prescription-related questions to a Pharmacist as appropriate Assist with inbound and outbound calls to patients and physician offices Run automated machinery, sort medications, and transition inventory through workflow stages Count, fill, label, pack, and ship prescriptions with a strong focus on quality control Resolve third-party rejects and resubmit claims per plan requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support Pharmacists and communicate issues to senior staff as needed Pharmacy Technician – Fulfillment Requirements High School Diploma or GED Active Pharmacy Technician License and Registration
(must not expire before end of assignment) 0–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience Basic computer and PC skills Intermediate keyboarding skills (25+ WPM) Ability to interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes) Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Willingness to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and grasping Willingness to work a flexible evening shift Must be at least 18 years of age Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Pharmacy Technician – Fulfillment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with pharmacy data entry and insurance claim resolution Experience working in a high-volume or automated pharmacy environment If you think this position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me — feel free to
