Location : Eastway Village - 4237 E. Broad St; Whitehall, OH 43213
Job Type : Full-Time - Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate : $50,000-$55,000

Responsibilities People Leadership
Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals, ensuring a highly engaged team provides a great experience for residents.
Process community staff payroll.
Financial Responsibility
Ensure collections of all monies due (e.g., rent) are received and deposited.
Process community invoices for payment.
Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community.
Community and Resident Focus
Maintain acceptable occupancy levels (minimum 98%).
Maintain positive relationships with community owners and residents.
Review rental applications for approval.
Operational Excellence
Complete move‑out paperwork according to governing regulations.
Perform unit move‑out, annual, and housekeeping inspections in a timely manner.
Audit all resident files and ensure they are complete and correct before forwarding to supervisor for review/approval.
Timely completion of reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company.
Responsible for maintaining the community to Company standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ year as a residential property manager with HUD/Section 8 experience preferred; or 3 years as a general manager with exceptional people leadership and process management.
Education: High school diploma or associate’s degree; additional credentials such as COS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM are a plus.
Dependability: reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
Resident focus: commitment to providing exceptional service to residents.
Operational excellence: deadline‑driven, detail‑oriented, compliance‑focused.
Technically savvy: strong computer skills, fluent with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a plus.
