Supply Chain Planner

ATI, a leader in advanced materials, is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join its Specialty Alloys & Components business unit. This onsite, day‑shift position reports directly to the Sr. Leader of Operations and focuses on supply, demand, and production planning to meet inventory, production, and on‑time delivery goals.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage and monitor facility supply needs to support planned and forecasted demand; anticipate demand and supply changes; handle emergency issues.
Review supply and resources needs for acceptance and/or adjustments for all sales demand.
Review projected and actual inventory levels to meet defined inventory goals and objectives, including cost reduction to achieve profitability targets.
Chair and provide inventory data for weekly reviews with multiple facilities and organizations.
Review, direct, and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual projected sales objectives and targets.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of supply chain planning, logistics planning, or production planning experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a fast‑paced production/manufacturing environment.
Key Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Ability to identify and eliminate waste using Lean manufacturing techniques.
Comfortable managing conflict, change, and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence, Power BI, and other Oracle applications is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal communication, written and verbal.
Problem‑solving ability individually and in group settings.
Ability to present analysis in a clear, compelling manner.
