Responsibilities
Multiple shift times with a 6 am & 10 am EST start time
Management consulting objectives to include leading multi-workstream engagements, resourcing, and day-to-day client relationships.
Translate business objectives into engagement scope, approach, and deliverables.
Drive consensus across senior stakeholders; manage risks and ensure value realization.
Provide complex analytics, reporting & consulting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems
Manage moderate to complex external client issues and directly advise other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues
Meet with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and accounting & reporting issues are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner
Participate in product development, product enhancement, management consulting with internal constituents and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high value transactions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
5-7 years of total work experience preferred
