O’Reilly Auto Parts is looking for a Delivery Specialist to maintain and operate store vehicles to efficiently deliver parts and/or products to professional customers. The role includes collecting COD payments and picking up customer returns.

Essential Job Functions
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products safely and efficiently. Use delivery fleet management hand‑held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections. Keep vehicles clean and maintained; perform daily inspections before operating. Secure delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand‑held devices, and collected monies at all times. Pick up customer returns (new, warranty, cores) and complete driver return slip. Communicate customer problems or special needs to store management. Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage to store manager immediately. Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock/secure vehicle at end of day. Clock in/out according to company policy. Assist with customer service, sweeping, general stocking, merchandising, errands, core returns, and stock order tasks as needed. Occasionally serve as cashier and help with merchandising tasks when business dictates. Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Adaptability to changing delivery situations. Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18‑point system. Valid state driver’s license and meet company driving eligibility requirements. Desired Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with automotive parts. Ability to operate other light store equipment. Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish highly desired. Total Compensation Package
