Overview As the Meat Department Assistant Manager, you will assist the Meat Department Manager in all facets of meat department operations. Duties include preparing products for sale, controlling freshness by coding, rotating or culling all products, removing out‑of‑code merchandise, customer service, employee relations, expense control, inventory, shrink, and accurate record keeping. When in charge of the department, you will also direct staff workload, provide counseling, training, performance evaluations, and supervision.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay Range USD $18.00 – USD $27.00 per hour.
