Compensation
Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month Annual Salary Pay: $80,000–$85,000 per year Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday Hours: Tues–Wed: 5:00am‑1:30pm; Thurs–Sat: 11:00am‑7:30pm Experience managing last mile delivery operations preferred Benefits

The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function, responsible for all aspects of Operations and Accounts Management, and leadership of direct reports to attain daily operational goals. Essential Functions
Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management Compliance with state, local, and federal regulations Additional Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities
Ability to work within international functional teams High level analytical ability to solve unusual and difficult problems Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job‑related area Off‑shift support for critical customer network disruptions or crises Timely decision making Strong oral and written communication skills Professional relationships within all levels of the organization Independent and team work skills Flexibility and self‑drive in a fast‑paced environment Multi‑tasking, highly organized, with excellent time‑management skills Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required and advanced Advanced logistics industry knowledge required Advanced understanding of Customer/Company local and federal regulations required Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components required Advanced manufacturing and production knowledge required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required One year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required and advanced Advanced logistics industry knowledge required Advanced understanding of Customer/Company local and federal regulations required Intermediate knowledge of supply chain management components required Advanced manufacturing and production knowledge required Employment Information
