Role Summary The Manager, FP&A will serve as a strategic partner to Macro Helix leaders within CSI, providing oversight of financial planning, analysis, and execution. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, business modeling, and operational finance for Macro Helix initiatives, shaping financial strategy and ensuring fiscal discipline to support customer revenues and margins. The Manager will lead improvements in analytical standards for reporting and modeling KPIs, collaborate with product, engineering, and customer support teams, and present financial insights to executive leadership. Success requires strong leadership, advanced financial modeling skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with the roadmap and business objectives for Macro Helix.

FP&A Management: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Macro Helix, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.

Financial Operations: Oversee monthly and quarterly close activities, variance analysis, and reporting on key financial metrics to senior leadership.

Business Partnering: Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer support teams.

Modeling and Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models to assess ROI, scenario planning, and risk analysis for new software initiatives.

Process Improvement: Identify and drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Performance Management: Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor product and project performance, proactively identifying areas for optimization.

Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, SOX requirements, and internal controls, mitigating risks and maintaining audit readiness.

Stakeholder Communication: Present financial insights, recommendations, and updates to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirement Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree strongly preferred.

Critical Skills

7+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or finance strategy, ideally within a technology or software development environment.

Proven track record in leading finance teams, managing complex budgets, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong understanding of financial systems, ERP platforms, and advanced Excel modeling.

Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.

Technical Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics; proficiency with financial software such as Oracle, SAP, BPC, SAC.

Analytical Acumen: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Leadership: People management skills; ability to guide teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Communication: Clear verbal and written communication; ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial audiences.

Project Management and Business Case Development: Experience leading projects from inception to completion, developing robust business cases, and managing competing priorities.

Results Orientation: Ability to deliver results and meet or exceed expectations in a dynamic environment.

Business Partnership: Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and change; thrives in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Salary Base salary range: 100,100.00 – 166,800.00 USD annual, with 15% MIP.

Reporting Structure This position reports to the Director of FP&A, CSI. Key stakeholders include VP/GM, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, and Finance.
