Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse – Navigator works collaboratively with physicians, staff and other health care professionals, to develop, implement, and evaluate, integrated and comprehensive plans of care for patients. Ensures best practice and high quality standards of health care are maintained across the continuum.

Ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality health care standards across the continuum.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program.
Upon hire 1 year experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting required.
Bachelor of Nursing preferred.
Registered Nurse: TN (RN:TN).
Upon hire Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS-CPR).
