Base Pay Range $72.22/hr - $72.50/hr
Salary Premium Salary:
$2,600 for 3x12s - $3,480 for 4x12s weekly
Shifts 3x12s/4x12s rotating days, evenings, and nights

Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs and telemetry readings.
Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to any irregularities or changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements
Active NY RN License
BLS and ACLS Certifications
Minimum of 2 years MedSurg/Tele experience
