1 ON CALL OVERNIGHT Nurse (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.)

Location: 6995 80th Street South, Cottage Grove, MN 55016.

Responsibilities The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high‑quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current licensure from the State Board of Nursing in the state(s) where the nurse practices.

Current CPR certification.

Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.

Demonstrated compatibility with PHS’s mission and operating philosophies.

Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate with all customers.

Pay Range Estimated starting pay range: $39.25 – $43.00 per hour. This good‑faith estimate is based on PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay depends on qualifications and market conditions and may change.
