Job Description The primary role of the Rehab Aide is to aid in providing appropriate aspects of quality patient care and support services under the direct supervision of licensed therapists. Contribute to the overall positive image of the organization and department. Ensure all required documentation and forms are appropriately completed and included in patient charts.
Essential Duties
Assists with and performs routine assigned physical and occupational therapy treatments; demonstrating knowledge of treatment goals and precautions in order to assist with or treat patients.
Follows all safety regulations, protocols, policies and procedures.
Maintains safety and cleanliness of work area and equipment.
Communicates with facility staff.
Confers with therapists to establish efficient treatment schedules.
Transports, transfers and facilitates patient care as directed by therapists.
Prepares patient equipment and supplies for treatment.

Pay Range $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Qualifications
High School graduate.
C.N.A License is preferred.
Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Completion of an on-the-job orientation and training program or demonstrates competency in each of the designated areas.
Able to move and transfer residents in conjunction with standard treatment and in accordance with orientation and training program.
