Responsibilities Position Summary:
Develop and implement a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. The role includes direct care, delegation, and supervision of nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Key responsibilities include demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality of care, establishing professional relationships, and developing clinical expertise per specialty.
Position Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of registered nurse experience (may vary by client and setting; prior LVN/LPN experience may be considered).
Current, valid, active RN license in the state of employment.
Current, valid, active driver’s license.
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Recent acute‑care experience for acute‑care and long‑term acute care placements.
Certificates, Licensures, Registrations:
Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor (AHA preferred and required by some clients).
Additional certifications such as ACLS may be required by Vibra Travels and/or client.
Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
