Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Daily responsibilities include providing therapy for speech, language, and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care is a crucial component of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency and experience in providing Speech Therapy and assisting patients with Speech and Dysphagia concerns
Knowledge of assessing and addressing Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
Ability to develop and implement customized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
Current certification and licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
