Could you be the full-time Work Package Controller in Sri City we’re looking for?

Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your financial and project management expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and results‑driven teammates.

You'll ensure rigorous cost controlling and contribute to the financial health of our projects. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Sourcing, Manufacturing, Engineering), manage operational aspects like working capital and compliance, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of the measurement and performance controlling of projects, but also lead the development and measurement of action plans.

We’ll look to you for:

Setting up processes & KPIs to measure services delivered

Driving cost reduction efforts and improving contract margins

Managing project controlling and revenue recognition

Ensuring consistency with project teams and alignment with internal control rules/IFRS

Preparing estimates at completion for project reviews

Conducting monthly reviews to assess operational performance

CA or CMA qualification

Experience or understanding of manufacturing or project setup

Knowledge of financial controlling and project management principles

Familiarity with SAP and Project Management tools
