Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily clinical operations on the Rehab Unit
Supervise, mentor, and motivate nursing staff
Promote accountability, teamwork, and consistent quality standards
Ensure resident-centered care across all aspects of treatment
Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
What You Bring
Active Georgia RN or LPN license
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (rehab or LTC preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage clinical priorities in a fast-paced environment
A resident-first mindset and commitment to service excellence
