Responsibilities Provide compassionate home care, working collaboratively as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes for our patients.

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in Texas (or state where practice is required)

Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days

Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna will assist in obtaining if necessary)

Tuberculosis skin test current within last 12 months

Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferable but not required

Reliable transportation
