Med‑Surgical Float Pool Registered Nurse
to support inpatient units at a leading acute‑care hospital in
Gainesville, FL . This organization is known for its

fast‑paced
setting.
Shift Options Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Days, Nights, and Weekends
Compensation Notes $43/hour + Shift Differentials if Applicable
Up to $25,000 Sign‑On Bonus for Nights
Daily Responsibilities Gather and analyze patient health data, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and develop individualized diagnoses and care plans.
Promote patient safety and efficient care while educating and supporting patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments.
