Weekend Home Health Visits Registered Nurse
– Part‑time position with flexible schedule options and premium pay. Sign‑on bonus: $10,000.
Bayada Home Health Care needs a licensed RN to perform home visits for adult and geriatric clients in Dartmouth and surrounding towns (Somerset, New Bedford, Fairhaven, etc.). The role requires a valid RN license in Massachusetts and at least one year of recent clinical experience. Prior home health experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs.
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
At least one year of recent clinical experience.
Preferred: prior home health care experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $58.00 – $62.00 per point, depending on qualifications.
