Job Summary The manufacturing Process Chemist works independently and as part of a team to develop, optimize, and transfer commercial manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include equipment set-up, protocol execution, and documentation under guidance of chemists and senior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Develop robust processes for target compounds, ensuring safety and reproducibility.
Develop alternate synthetic routes and modify reactants or equipment as required.
Solve complex chemical problems during process development, optimization, or scale‑up.
Apply reaction kinetics, design of experiments, solubility and crystallization, mass transfer, heat transfer and process safety principles to identify critical parameters.
Maintain accurate documentation: batch records, production instructions and development/qualification reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
BS or MS in Chemistry or related field.
2–5 years of technical production, R&D, or new product development experience.
Strong problem‑solving skills and data analysis.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment.
Working knowledge of ISO‑9001, cGMP, and/or ICH Q7 preferred.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TOC) a plus.
Experience with EasyMax, PolyBlock, continuous flow reactors, or in‑situ process monitoring a plus.
Proficient with MS Office, ChemDraw, Reaxys, and Scifinder.
