Job Details Job Type: Full‑time
Location: Colorado Springs / Pueblo
Salary: $93,000 up to $150,000 per year
Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000 (paid in $2,500 after 6 months and $2,500 at 12 months)
Schedule: 8‑hour shift
Work Setting: In‑person

Responsibilities
Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, consults with other professionals, and adjusts care plans as needed.
Designs and implements a plan of care based on evaluation of patient status.
Conducts therapy within accepted standards of care and in accordance with state law.
Provides occupational therapy in a home‑care setting, or outpatient clinic as assigned.
Communicates effectively with clients, relatives, professionals, and support staff.
Adheres to established organizational policies and procedures, quality improvement program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
Maintains current and accurate records of prescriptions, evaluations, treatments, goals, and plan of care; ensures compliance with third‑party payer regulations.
Performs patient care visits in accordance with agency productivity requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Master’s degree in related field preferred.
Licenses/Registrations: Current license or eligible for license to practice occupational therapy by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA).
Medical Specialties: Home Health.
