Clinical Support Nurse (Registered Nurse) MTMC Clinical Division is hiring registered nurses for product education, surveillance, and skills development on a per‑dem basis in Texas (Dallas, Houston) and other locations. This is not a sales position; the role focuses on providing education and training on our product portfolios within healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

Provide professional clinical support to customers (physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers) through education and training on multiple product portfolios.

Collaborate with field sales teams to build clinical credibility and establish relationships with customers in your territory.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product usages and customer practices to drive business and support effective clinical practice.

Travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, to conduct onsite training and support.

Meet vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination.

Qualifications

A valid driver’s license in one of the 50 U.S. states.

Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse.

At least three years of relevant clinical experience as a licensed RN.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as necessary.

Strong critical‑thinking skills in clinical and business situations.

Preferred Qualifications

Clinical practice experience in critical care, surgical services (operating rooms), or related areas.

Compensation & Benefits Salary is dependent upon experience and based on regional rates. Per diem nurses are compensated hourly for onsite work, preparation, and travel time. Expenses are reimbursed, and per diem meal allowances are provided.
