Overview Hyde Park Surgery Center is hiring an Operating Room Nurse to work as a Registered Nurse Circulator (OR RN). The position requires weekdays only – no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required. The schedule is subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day. The RN will provide nursing care and service during surgical cases, including positioning and prepping the patient, and circulating the case. The center performs outpatient surgical procedures in ENT, Orthopedic, Pain Management, and Spine.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and service during surgery cases.
Position, prep, and circulate patients during cases.
Coordinate with surgical team to ensure smooth flow.
Maintain sterile environment and monitor patient status.
Assist with documentation and compliance.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
Active RN license in the state.
BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification as required.
Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator.
Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
