Monitoring and assessing patients’ conditions Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Administering medications and treatments per physician orders Documenting care and ensuring accurate patient records Providing immediate care during emergencies Supervising LPNs and nursing assistants Promoting a safe, clean, and supportive environment What You Need
